Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every sip. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Shipment

  Upon arrival, please check your Loverboy cans for any signs of leaking or structural damage caused during transit.

  Document Issues

  Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label on the outside of the box to help us process your claim.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the damaged items within 7 days.

• 4.
  Receive Resolution

  Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
